This is an out and back course. It is not needed. If you need to leave something near the finish you can however it is not secure or supervised.
Of course or this would not be a race. ;) Every 2 miles or less. They include Powerade and Gu Gels at one. They each have potties as well as bandaids, feminine napkins, body lotion, and muscle rub.
